I offer a variety of workouts from low-impact, strength training, high-intensity, and even Mommy and Me! My workouts are for everyone, no matter where you are in your fitness journey!
I am certified in Personal Training via NPTI, Classic Pilates, Classic Reformer, and TRX. Before having kids, I instructed in Dallas at a local reformer pilates studio and a TRX training studio. I have a passion for all things health, and I am honored to be part of your wellness journey. I hope you leave feeling stronger from the inside out!
Circuit style training is a great way to improve endurance and strength! These workouts will have your heart rate up while combining cardio and strength.
Upper Body Sculpt
High intensity but low impact. Strength training mixed with some cardio to tone and tighten!
Lean and Lengthen
Stretch and strengthen in this whole body pilates style workouts. Create long, strong muscles while using your breath and body/mind to guide you through this low-impact workout.
High-intensity cardio workouts are quick but powerful. The perfect workout when you’re short on time but want to get that heart rate up!
Class times will range from 15-45 minutes. You will have a variety of times to fit your schedule best! I always state the class layout, length of the class, and equipment used on the schedule below.
